When you receive a phone call on your iPhone 13, it will get stored on the Recents tab in the Phone app. Outgoing calls that you make will also be stored in that location.
But if someone else has access to your phone, then you may not want them to see a call that you made or received, so you may be looking for a way to delete that call from the device.
You can delete an iPhone 13 call from your call history by going to Phone > Recents > swiping left on the call > tapping the Delete button.
This removes the call from the device while leaving the rest of the call history intact.
