There are a number of things that you can do with an email that you receive on your iPhone. You could read it, reply to it, delete it, or you could move it to another folder.
But you can also send that email to another person that might find it useful or interesting. Rather than trying to describe the contents of the email to that person, a much faster way to do it is to send a copy of the email, or forward it, to that person.
Email forwarding is a very common action for many email users, and it’s likely that you are already familiar with how to do it from the Web browser version of your email account.
But the iPhone Mail interface can be a little confusing as you get accustomed to it, and you might be having trouble finding all of the different buttons and controls that allow you to perform email actions.

How to Do an Email Forward on an iPhone 13 (Guide with Pictures)
The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 13 in the iOS 15.4.1 operating system.
This guide assumes that you have already set up an email account on your iPhone and that you know the email address (or have the intended recipient stored as a contact on your phone) of the person to whom you want to forward the message.
Step 1: Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Select the email that you want to forward.
Step 3: Tap the Reply button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Select the Forward option.
Step 5: Enter the email address into the To field, add any information to the email body that you want to include, then tap the blue Send arrow at the top-right of the screen.

When you forward an email from your iPhone, you can do many of the same things that you would do if you were replying to an email or creating a new one.
This means that you can add information to the email body above the content in the forwarded message, you can CC other people on the email, or you can BCC people.
The difference between CC and BCC is that when you CC people, everyone else on the email can see the address of the people in the CC field. If you put addresses in the BCC field then other people cannot see those addresses.
