How to Pin a Web Page Tab on an iPhone 14
The steps in this post were completed on an iPhone 14 Plus running iOS 17.
These methods are also applicable to many other iOS versions and iPhone models, including the ones listed below:
- iPhone 14
- iPhone 14 Pro
- iPhone 14 Pro Max
Step 1: Open the Safari web browser.
Step 2: Tap the Tabs icon at the bottom of the screen.
It is the button with two overlapping squares.
Step 3: Find the tab you want to pin and tap and hold it.
Step 4: Select the Pin Tab option to pin this tab.
The pinned tab will thereafter display at the top of Safari’s tabs panel.
Now that you know how to pin a Safari tab on an iPhone 14, you can use this option to make it easier to find the Web pages you need to view the most.
Unpinning a tab is as simple as tapping and holding the pinned tab and then selecting the Unpin Tab option.
You can also use favorites or bookmarks to make it easier to find specific Web pages. At the bottom of a Web page, tap the Share icon, then scroll down and select the Add to Favorites or Add Bookmark option.
