Turning Off iPhone 14 Text Vibrations
The steps in this post were completed on an iPhone 14 Plus running iOS 17.
These methods apply to the majority of more recent iOS versions as well as many other iPhone models, including the following:
- iPhone 14
- iPhone 14 Pro
- iPhone 14 Pro Max
Step 1: To open the menu, locate and hit the Settings app icon.
Step 2: Navigate to the Notifications tab.
Step 3: Scroll down and select Messages from the list of apps.
Step 4: Go to the Sound tab.
Step 5: Tap Haptics at the top of the screen.
Step 6: Select None from the list of vibration patterns.
You may adjust this setting whenever you want to change whether or not your phone vibrates every time you receive a text message now that you know how to turn off text message vibration on iPhone 14.
It should be noted that changing this parameter has no influence on the vibration of any other parameter. If you want to disable vibration for notifications from another app, go to the alerts menu and change the setting there as well.
